Hashrate: The computational power allocated for cryptocurrency mining, measured in TH/s or similar units.
Cryptocurrency: Digital assets, such as Bitcoin, are mined through the Service.
Mining Pool: A third‑party service selected by the User to receive and utilize the provided hashrate.


2. Eligibility

To use the Service, Users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
  • Not reside in regions subject to U.S. or international sanctions.
  • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3. Description of Service

AlphaBit provides cloud‑based mining services that allow Users to rent hashrate for mining cryptocurrencies using the SHA‑256 Asicboost algorithm or other supported algorithms. Mining contracts specify the hashrate, duration, and cryptocurrency involved. No physical mining hardware is sold or delivered. Mining proceeds are sent directly to the User’s designated wallet or mining pool account.


4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

  • Users must create an account with accurate and complete information.
  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
  • Any unauthorized account activity must be reported immediately.

4.2 Wallet and Mining Pool

  • Users must provide accurate wallet addresses and mining pool details.
  • The Company is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or invalid wallet or pool information.
  • Users must ensure their chosen mining pool supports the selected cryptocurrency and algorithm.

4.3 Monitoring

  • Users are responsible for monitoring the hashrate performance within their mining pool.
  • The Company provides documentation of delivered hashrate, but Users must independently verify performance.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Mining Contracts

  • Contracts are priced in USD and may be paid via bank wire or cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT).
  • Cryptocurrency payments are converted to USDT upon receipt.
  • All sales are final and non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Contract terms, including hashrate and duration, are defined at purchase.

5.2 Additional Fees

  • Users are responsible for any fees charged by exchanges, mining pools, or banks.
  • The Company does not charge hidden fees; however, maintenance and electricity costs may apply as outlined in the contract.

5.3 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if a product is unavailable or if the Service cannot be delivered as agreed.
  • Refunds are based on the USD value at the time of purchase.

6. Risks and Disclaimers

6.1 Cryptocurrency Risks

  • Cryptocurrency mining carries inherent risks, including market volatility, regulatory changes, and technological uncertainties.
  • The Company is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value, mining difficulty, or exchange rates.
  • Profitability is not guaranteed.

6.2 Service Limitations

  • The Company provides the contracted hashrate but is not liable for issues caused by third‑party mining pools.
  • If a mining pool cannot support the contracted hashrate, Users may be advised to switch pools or withdraw from the contract if mining has not begun.

6.3 No Financial Advice

  • The Service does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. Users should consult qualified professionals.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—including text, graphics, and software—is owned by or licensed to AlphaBit. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent, except for personal, non‑commercial purposes.


8. Privacy

Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the Company’s Privacy Policy, available at Alphabit.buzz/privacy-policy. The policy outlines how personal data is collected and used.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaBit is not liable for:

The Company may suspend or terminate User access at its discretion for reasons including:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • Failure to meet payment obligations.

Upon termination, access to the Service ceases, and active contracts may be canceled without refund, subject to applicable law.


11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Springfield, Illinois, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.


12. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with the revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
